Can you pay claims directly to my vet?

Yes, we can pay them directly. In fact, it's one of the reasons why we recommend our Vet Portal as the fastest way to claim.

We built the portal with vet teams to make your claim faster - you just need to chat with your vet to see if they are signed up. 

We recommend this method as it's the fastest way to claim, plus you can track every step in My Account. 

Your vet may charge you a small admin fee for this, but we can pay the claim directly to your vet  - that means less hassle for you.

If you decide to submit your claim through My Account instead, you just need to select your vet as the payee.
