Can you cover my pet's pre-existing condition?

All of our plans cover pre-existing conditions that happened more than two years before your policy start date.

We define a pre-existing condition as any condition that's had signs or symptoms or received advice, medication or treatment within two years of your policy start date or in the 14-day waiting period.

Our Standard Care Pre-existing plan can cover more recent conditions as it covers conditions without signs, symptoms, treatment, medication or advice for three months before your policy start date.
