Can I change the phone number used to login to My Account?

Yes, you can change the phone number used to log in to your account. If you wish to update your phone number, simply contact us on 0345 340 4090 or email [e-mail]. 

 

Please note that when you change your phone number, the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) telephone number will be reset. Upon your next login, you'll be prompted to set a new phone number for MFA.
